When the connection is completed, the orders from your Woocommerce & Shopify store will be automatically synced into the Orders > All Orders section (distinguishing by the logo in the Source section).



For the orders before the time of connecting, please refer to the Fulfill via CSV file here.

To fulfill a synchronous order from another platform (Woocommerce, Shopify, or Etsy), at first, the order must be matched to the right product type & added fulfillment design successfully in 3 steps:

Step 1. Click Order ID to view synchronized order details.

Step 2. Add (edit ) Geargag SKU (1) & Upload the fulfillment design (2) (See Artboard size requirement here)


How to get product SKU:

Go to Product Catalog > Select the corresponding order product (Type, Color, Size) > Copy SKU> Fill in the Order detail.

Step 3. Request Fulfill

Visit https://seller.geargag.com/orders to choose orders & request fulfill.

Please ensure that the status is "Vendor Fulfillment is Geargag". When the request status is Manual Fulfilled, the orders are considered as Self-fulfilled.


Step 4. Createt Fulfill Invoice

Visit Fulfillment requests at: https://seller.geargag.com/fulfillment to select the orders you requested & create invoice.

After successfully creating an invoice, your order will be moved to the Invoice list. Please review & Pay Invoice via Paypal /Stripe /PO


Orders which are paid will be moved to "In Progress" until the tracking ID is revealed.

When the Order is completely Fulfilled and has a tracking ID, you can click on the order to see the details.
