1. For Geargag Fulfilled items
Order tracking will be updated in the All Orders dashboard. Click to the order or Export CSV to take Tracking ID.
2. For Geargag Shipment
Order tracking will be updated in the Request Shipment dashboard. Click to the order or Shipped tab to take Tracking ID.
The tracking number is a range of numbers for each order that you can use to keep track of the order’s delivery status. Currently, we have two main shipping partners: UPS and USPS. If you want to check the status of your orders, please check your order details for the tracking number by:

The Shipping time is how long the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GLS) takes to deliver the orders to customers. It is depending on customer locations & only used as a reference.
Tracking numbers can take 3-7 business days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system.
Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order or the shipping label is damaged in transit. If the tracking number is still not working within several days, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
