SHIPPING FEE = WEIGHT x INTERNATIONAL RATE + DOMESTIC RATE + HANDLING FEE
1. Weight:
- Length is referred to the highest number of the cubic size of the parcel
- No service shall be rendered in the transportation of any parcels with an actual weight of more than 70 kilograms or exceed 115 x 75 x 75 (length x width x height) centimeters (cm)
- If the Dimensional weight (length x width x high/5000) is higher than the Actual Weight, the item will be shipped at Dimensional Weight.
2. International Rate
Geargag uses DHL Express & UPS for international shipping & USPS for US Domestic shipping service:
+ DHL Express: 3 - 5 business days (no minimum weight - 11 USD/kg - No minimum weight, no additional fee)
+ UPS: 4 - 7 business days (for package above 21kg - 9.5 USD/kg - No additional fee)
3. Domestic Rate USPS 2021:
Zone rate is calculated by the distance from Geargag Warehouse (California 94520 & Texas 75051) - not fixed, to Customer Address.
4. Handling fee: 1 USD/package
For example A Facemask package 20gr to US Zone 7: 0.02*11 + 3.35 + 1 = 4.57 (USD)
If the package is returned to the sender because of the Wrong Address, the Reshipping fee is calculated by USPS domestic rate (Zone 7) + Fulfillment Fee (+2$)
Refund Policy:
+ Refund shipping fee if the tracking is no transit after 30 business days (US) or 45 business days (international).
+ Refund 50% product price if the package's not delivered in 60 business days (US) or 90 business days (international) - Maximum 20$/claim
Additional Insurance fee (if request): 6% package value. Compensation: 100% product value. Maximum 5000$ (minimum 50$)

Cashback for No. of shipment: $465(3100*0.15$)
Cashback for shipment over 10kg: $33 = (10*10*11*3%)
