When the connection is completed, the orders from your Woocommerce & Shopify store will be automatically synced into the Orders > All Orders section (distinguishing by the logo in the Source section).
For the orders before the time of connecting, please refer to the Fulfill via CSV file here.
To fulfill a synchronous order from another platform (Woocommerce, Shopify, or Amazon), at first, the order must be matched to the right design and Geargag product type in 3 steps:
Step 1. Click Order ID to view synchronized order details.
Step 2. Add corresponding Geargag SKU (1) & Upload the original design (2) (See Artboard size requirement here)
How to get product SKU:
Go to Product Catalog > Select the corresponding order product (Type, Color, Size) > Copy SKU> Fill in the synced Order detail.
The result is as follows:
Step 3. Request Fulfill
Note to ensure the status is "Vendor Fulfillment: Geargag". When the request status is Manual Fulfilled, the orders're considered as Self-fulfilled & not be fulfilled by Geargag.
