Topup is not required if you use only Standard Fulfillment / Shipment service.

However, you can speed up the checkout process by ensuring ahead of time that you have adequate funds in your account to cover all planned purchases.

Geargag accepts 3 payment methods for Top-up: Paypal, Credit Card, Payoneer.


When topping up your balance, please note: Per our fraud control guidelines, some transactions (especially those involving third-party payments) may require additional verification. In some cases, we’ll need phone verification for the cardholder.

When your account's topped-up, you can use your balance to pay Fulfillment / Shipment invoice without Payment sign-in required.

To view your previous top-up transactions, click Transaction History.

You can withdraw the balance in your account or transfer Top-up from one store to another with the same email address registered.

For security reasons, Geargag only refunds the balance to the original Credit Card/PayPal/PO transaction.
