If you have any issues with your order (new update/ shipping claim,...), click on to the Order ID & leave us a message via "Add Ticket"



Geargag support team will check & reply to your ticket within 24 hours.

On the other hand, if your order has any problem (design error, out of stock, missing address..), you will get a notice of a new ticket from Geargag in your inbox. Please click on the link attached to check & reply to the ticket.
