For some types of products such as Plastic ornaments, Acrylic plaques,...to protect the artworks & plastic pieces from being damaged in shipping, Geargag keeps the brown protecting paper on the sides of the items. The customers should peel these layers before using them. However, some customers are misunderstanding & submit claims for refund/ reprint because of wrong items or fraud.

To avoid these issues, Geargag recommends Sellers add the below guidance on your website or send instruction emails/messages to your customers before they receive the products.
